Knox County is starting to deliver on its idea of adding more housing to attract more people to the county. The additions are working toward reversing a nearly eight percent decline in County population from 2010 to 2025.
Knox County Indiana Economic Development director Chris Pfaff says part of the emphasis is on single family housing. Pfaff also reminds everyone not to forget about the newest multi-family complex on Bierhaus Boulevard.
Among other possible developments as well is a duplex development near 12th and Broadway, as well as the Firehouse Flats apartments in downtown Vincennes.
