Water work on the Washington Avenue project phase two will be handled separately from the other utility labors going on now in that area. Vincennes Water Utilities will do their part of the project as part of INDOT’s work next year.
Vincennes Water Utilities general manager Kirk Bouchie feels doing that with INDOT next year is more efficient than doing the task separately.
