A radio interview that aired in February of 1964 in Evansville with Beatles guitarist George Harrison has been found.
The six-minute interview aired on WJPS and was conducted by a teenage girl who won a contest and was found on a record at the home of Harrison’s sister in Benton, Illinois.
Harrison was on the phone from Florida at 20-years-old and the interview happened the day after The Beatles played their second performance on The Ed Sullivan Show.
