The Vincennes City Council has approved a re-submission of their DORA—or Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area—at last night’s session. The ordinance will now be forwarded to state authorities for their approval.
The first submission was returned for adjustment, following passage on April 27th. Vincennes City Councilman Brian Grove says the original submission had to be modified for distance from a church building.
The hours for DORA allowance are eleven a-m to ten p-m Sundays through Thursdays, and eleven a-m to one a-m on Fridays and Saturdays.
