Governor Mike Braun is partnering with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce to help small businesses plan for the future. The state’s Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation recently hosted a webinar addressing what a new report calls the ‘Silver Tsunami.’ Statistics show over half of Indiana’s business owners are fifty-five or older, supporting more than nine hundred thousand jobs. To prevent business and job losses, the state is providing tools to help owners successfully transition their companies to a new generation of local leadership.
