Work Moves Forward Toward United Way of Knox County’s Fund Raising Campaign

Campaign kickoff for the United Way of Knox County is coming in around six weeks.  Each year, the United Way uses the second half of each year to raise funds for its non-profit donor service agencies.

United Way of Knox County director Scott Charleston says a couple of groups know for their community service are a big part of the work– including Good Samaritan Hospital and Vincennes Water Utilities.

United Way of Knox County officials are still seeking this year’s fund-raising chairs for this year.  In recent years, the U-W-K-C has used up to four people to fill that role for each year’s campaign.
