Indiana State Police arrested 46-year-old Elsa Madrigal of Washington on Sunday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment, and Driving While Suspended with a Prior Conviction.
Madrigal is being held without bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 50-year-old Walter Lawrence of Vincennes Sunday for Theft/Shoplifting Where the Value of The Property is at Least $750 And Less Than $50,000.00, Theft from a Building with a Prior Unrelated Conviction for Theft or Conversion, and Criminal Mischief.
Lawrence is being held on $50,000 bond.
