The City of Vincennes is accepting nominations now for the annual “Spirit of ’76” award. The award is given to Knox County residents giving time, talent, energy, and resources to the community.
Any nomination letters should include a biography of the person being nominated. Those submissions may be made online at info-at-vincennes-dot-in-dot0gov. They also may be dropped off at Vincennes City Hall, 201 Vito Street, Vincennes.
The nomination deadline is set for four p-m on Friday, June 12th. The last two winners were Ellen Harper and Marty Qualkenbush.
