Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois is transitioning to Epic, a leading electronic medical record system. Several other area hospital systems—including Vincennes’ Good Samaritan Hospital—already use Epic for their medical records.
The hospital states this investment will enhance patient safety, care coordination, communication, and access to information across its healthcare network.
The hospital expects the training process to continue over the coming months, with a planned start date of October 18th.
