Indiana Gas Prices Down Some; Vincennes Prices Steady

The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana Tuesday was $3.09 a gallon, two cents lower than Monday and nine cents lower than Tuesday’s national average.      
Indiana’s average was also 11 cents lower than a week ago, 17 cents lower than a month ago, and 36 cents lower than a year ago As in recent days, Vincennes’ gas prices are holding the line, between nearly 3-10 and 3-20 per gallon.
     
The Triple A also reports the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Tuesday stood at $3.73 a gallon, a penny higher than Monday.      
It was also four cents lower than a week ago, three cents lower than a month ago, and 71 cents lower than a year ago.
