The Knox County Council has named Rich Chattin to be part of the Knox County Land Use Committee. The board is being organized under the leadership of Knox County Commissioner T-J Brink.
The Land Use Committee is being formed to help deal with issues of solar and wind energy plants across the county. It will also cover the possible placement of data centers across the county. Various members are still being appointed; the Land Use Committee has not set its first meeting at this point.
