North Knox High School will offer free physicals again for athletic teams in the coming school year. The physical exams will be given at North Knox HighSchool on June sixth from eight to 11 am.
The exams will be for North Knox student-athletes entering grades five through twelve. The physical form is required for students to participate in North Knox athletic teams and events during the coming school year.
All students and parents must log into finalForms-dot-com, and complete the physical registry, before students will be allowed to participate. All those forms will be on file with the North Knox School Corporation.
