The Knox County Sheriff’s Department is making an effort to remember other officers and elected officials who served Knox County in the past. The remembrance pictures will be posted in the lobby of the Knox County Sheriff’s Department.
Sheriff Doug Vantlin says the legacy shots go back to the Department’s beginnings in the 18th Century. Vantlin is also seeking the public’s help in filling he photo gallery.
Anyone with pictures they wish to donate should contact the Knox County Sheriff’s Department for more information.
