The Indiana Department of Transportation’s focus at this time is on maintenance of area roads, following a wet winter and early spring in the area. INDOT spokesman Gary Bryan says the varying temperatures don’t help much either. Bryan reminds everyone the bulk of the INDOT construction season won’t start, until sustained warmer weather arrives in the area.
