Vincennes-based PACE Community Action Agency is still accepting energy assistance applications for income-eligible people in need. The PACE assistance is a one-time credit to the hearing source you use most. That can be gas, electric, or hearing oil. It can also be a credit for materials for wood-burning stove users.
