The cleanup continues today, as people have spent the last week digging out from a foot of snow that blanketed the area. The snow was courtesy of a large winter stomr that struck the area last weekend.

The snowstorm led to a state of emergency in Indiana. That means INDOT crews were joined by Indiana National Guard troops in helping drivers, and their own trucks, who were stuck during the winter weather event.
