More Arctic air will be bringing subzero temperatures and brutally cold windchills to parts of the Midwest this weekend.
The freeze started yesterday in the Northern Plains before heading into the Central Plains, Midwest and Great Lakes area by today.
In some places, highs might not get above the single digits.
Locally, tonight’s low will drop to near 2 above zero.
Sunday’s high will be near 10 above and Sunday night’s low will be around zero
