Kyle Thomas Doane, age 55, passed away on November 24, 2025, in his hometown of Vincennes, Indiana. He was born August 15, 1970, to Thomas and Judith Ann “Minderman” Doane.
Kyle will be deeply missed by his beloved daughter, Kathryn “Grace” Doane, who he was very proud of and boasted about often. He shared a bond with Sonja Russell, who cared for him very much and her daughter, Felicia. In addition, his devoted parents and his beloved sister, Tracy Earley (Bert).
Kyle was a respected sales representative at Vincennes Industrial Supply, due to his expertise and personable nature. His dedication to his work led to the proud appointment to the company’s Board of Directors. Kyle’s contributions to the industry and his rapport with colleagues and clients alike will be fondly remembered.
Kyle enjoyed researching his passions, such as the history and craftsmanship of guns, conspiracy theories, Faith, and wellness. He also indulged in the occasional cigar to accompany his evenings. Cooking a home cooked meal brought him joy as well. He was a great cook. He had a passion for fly fishing and being in the beautiful outdoors. Kyle also found it relaxing to play some guitar, often with his father, as they both shared a love for it.
Kyle had such a quick wit about him that could make anyone smile. From his impressions (Axl Rose was one of his daughter’s favorites), to his hilarious scenarios or perfectly timed comments he could come up with on the spot.
