In girls basketball, Washington got 23 points from Katie Reed as the Hatchets beat Vincennes Lincoln 53-20. Kaiya Farrar led the 3-3 Alices with
nine points.
North Knox shook off a halftime time with Evansville Christian to defeat the Eagles last night, 54-45. Lexi Primus led the Lady Warriors with 15, while Caroline Yenne added 11.
South Knox beat Linton 48-41. Kendal Hill paced the Spartans with 20 points while Ellie Burke added ten.
Boys Basketball tips off tonight in the area. The Lincoln Alices hit the road to
Mt Vernon to take on the Wildcats. Tip off is set for eight and you can hear the game on WZDM.
North Knox plays at White River Valley. Tip off is 7:30 and you can catch the game on WAOV 97.3 and 97.7fm.
