The Vincennes Rivet Patriots picked up their first win of the season downing Washington Catholic 58-4. Alli Stearns and Kaylee Hawkins led Rivet with 13 points. Piper Lewis added 12.
The North Knox C-Team defeated Loogootee 31-19 to go to 1-0 oin the season. Klouser Road led all scorers with 12 points. Also, Reid Hall and Landon Hartley each had 8, as the Vincennes Lincoln C Team defeated Washington 19-19.
The Clark 8th grade team beat Holy Trinity 40-22. Daveon Jennings had 15 for CMS.
The North Knox 7th and 8th grade boys lost a pair of gains to North Daviess. The 8th grade loses 35-33, with Nate Kerns leading with 10. In the 7th grade matchup, the Warriors were defeated 37-21. Gavyn Primus and Hayden Clark each led with seven.
In girls basketball action tonight, 3-2 Vincennes Lincoln plays host to 5-2 Washington. The Alices have won three straight. Tip off is set for 7:30 and you can hear the game on WZDM and watch the live stream on TOC sports network.com .
