Bulk of Area Schools Back to School Today

      Many area students are returning to school this week.
      Today, students in Washington, Washington Catholic, and Barr-Reeve schools head back.
      Alto returning today are students in the Pike County School Corporation.       Today also marks the first day of classes in Loogootee and Shoals schools, Bloomfield schools, Northeast Sullivan Schools, and North and South Gibson Schools. Students in both Vincennes school districts—Vincennes Community and Vincennes Catholic Schools—will see class start tomorrow.
      Drivers are urged to use caution in school zones and be on the lookout for school buses picking up and dropping off students.
