Linton Man Arrested on Murder, Arson Charges

      A man is in custody in connection with a deadly house fire in Linton.
      Police responded to the blaze at a mobile home early Sunday morning.
      The body of 64-year-old James David Higar was recovered from the home – but authorities determined his injuries were not consistent with the fire.
      33-year-old Brandon Criss was arrested for murder, arson, obstruction of justice, and animal cruelty.
