Daviess County Man Arrested for Various Battery, Exploitation Charges

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Loogootee man Tuesday for Criminal Confinement, Sexual Battery, Battery on a Minor, Child Exploitation, and Intimidation.
60-year-old John William Masterson is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested 24-year-old Kevin Michael Dale Kendall of Petersburg Tuesday on a warrant for two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex or Violent Offender, two counts of Illegal Sex Offender Residency, and one count of Lifetime Parole Violation. He was also booked into the Daviess County Security Center.
