Daviess County Shooting Suspect Apprehended

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended a suspect in an early Friday morning shooting.
      Authorities found a man with multiple gunshot wounds at 150-75 North US 231.
      The unidentified man was taken to Daviess Community Hospital and then transferred to another medical facility in stable condition.
      Police had been looking for 35-year-old Alexander Carlquist.
      In a Facebook post, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office said Carlquist had been taken into custody.
      However, no other information was released.
