The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced the installation of speed feedback signs in INDOT’s Southwest District.
The signs are intended to alert drivers of their speed and will not be used to issue tickets.
IN-DOT says they are being installed to help encourage slower speeds in Indiana communities.
Signs will be placed on state roads as speed limits are reduced into communities across the district.
The installation process is expected to be complete by mid-spring.
