Daviess County Foundation Gives Out 217-Thousand in Grants

      The Daviess County Community Foundation has awarded more than $217,000 in grants to 14 nonprofits through its 2024 Community Good Grants program.
      The foundation says the nonprofits are committed to supporting the needs of Daviess County.
      The Odon Volunteer Fire Department received over $73,000 to assist with the purchase of radios.
      $30,000 was awarded to Youth First, Incorporated to support the Youth First School-Based Social Work Program that provides free access to expert mental health support to students in seven K through 12 Daviess County schools
