The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Tuesday was $3.98 per gallon, 1¢ lower than Monday and 4¢ lower than Tuesday’s national average of $4.02 per gallon.
It was also $1.16 higher than a month ago, and 83¢ higher than a year ago. At some Vincennes stations, the price has jumped well above four dollars a gallon, to around four-10.
Meanwhile Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Tuesday was $5.19 a gallon–$1.35 higher than a month ago, and $1.57 higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Tuesday was 42¢ per kilowatt hour—level with Tuesday’s national average.
