Vincennes City officials continue the process toward new home construction to attract more residents to the area. City Council president Brian Grove reminds everyone the need was laid bare in a recent Knox County survey. Grove also realizes the move toward more City housing is the next logical step following the survey results.
Among the housing developments already in the works is the 240-unit Bierhaus Flats complex on Bierhaus Boulevard, and the Broadway Place subdivision. That will had several duplexes, along with three single-family homes for Vincennes. That subdivision will be located near 15th and Broadway.
