The Knox County Solid Waste Management District Board will hold a public session at 10:30 this Friday morning. The session will be held in the District office at 810 South 17th Street in Vincennes.
The meeting could lead to the naming of a new Executive Director for the District. Board members are down ot a finalist list of three candidates to find their new director. The person the Board chooses will take over for Michelle Smith; Smith has left the position to become the new director of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce.
The special meeting is open to all.
