Vincennes Community Schools will apply for another years of state E-Rate funding for this coming school year. The granted funds will cover 85 percent of the Corporation’s cost for internal electronic connections and Internet access in the buildings.
The specific target of the funding is Tecumseh-Harrison Elementary. The E-Rate work would include switches, battery backup, and cabling. The total project cost would be just over 51-thousand dollars, with the Corporation only responsible for paying just under 77-hundred dollars.
