Double Death in Linton Under Investigation

      Detectives from the Indiana State Police Bloomington District have launched a death investigation after a man and a woman were found dead from gunshot wounds in a Linton residence on Sunday night.
      The Linton Police Department requested state assistance after discovering the bodies at a home near 8th Street Northwest.
      While autopsies are pending to determine the official cause of death, state police have issued a statement advising that there is no ongoing threat to the Linton or Greene County community.
