The office of Governor Braun says Hoosier families who receive SNAP benefits will have access to some of the funds today.
Indiana is not yet fully restoring the funding that was interrupted by the federal government shutdown.
Braun’s office says they will restore the full benefits “as soon as possible” once the federal spending deal is signed by President Trump.
It is awaiting a vote by the U.S. House.
