After a brief rise, the average price of gas in Indiana has again dipped below $3.00 a gallon.
The Triple-A motor club says Indiana’s average price on Tuesday stood at $2.98 a gallon, around a dime per gallon lower than Tuesday’s national average.
It is about a dime higher than a year ago. In Vincennes, gas prices remain around 2.85 per gallon on the average.
Meanwhile, Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Tuesday was $3.88 a gallon, 22¢ higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Tuesday was 39¢ per kilowatt hour, a penny higher than the national average.
