Washington Man Now Facing 9 Counts of Child Molesting/2 Counts of Rape

The Daviess County Prosecutor has now updated the charges against a Washington man to nine counts of Child Molesting and two counts of Rape. 34-year-old Carlos Rivera Del Valle is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
The Washington Police Department’s Crime Scene Investigator, Daviess County Department of Child Services, Southwestern Indiana Child Advocacy Center Coalition, and the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office were involved in the investigation.
