Wendy Renay Meredith, 48, a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away surrounded by those who loved her. She will be remembered for her creativity, kindness, and the love she had for her family.
Born to Brenda and William Meredith, Wendy’s life was filled with love, laughter, and a deep appreciation for the simple, beautiful things in life. She had a gift for crafting — especially crocheting — and could turn a ball of yarn into something warm and full of love. Her creative spirit touched everyone who knew her, leaving behind keepsakes and memories that will be cherished forever.
Wendy was the devoted mother of Ivy Meredith and Jace Bond, whom she loved beyond measure. Her greatest pride and joy were her grandchildren, Miles Fuller and Maizie Hackney, who brought endless smiles to her heart.
She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Brenda Meredith, and is survived by her father William Meredith, her sister Lee Meredith, her children, her niece Shelby Adams, her nephew Mason (Bailey) Adams, and her great-niece Oakley Adams. Each will carry her memory in their hearts.
Wendy’s legacy will live on through her family, her handmade creations, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Wendy wished to be cremated. Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes are honored to assist the Meredith family with arrangements. Online condolences and fond memories may be shared at www.fredrickandson.com
