The Indiana Department of Transportation held a public meeting in Dubois County to discuss options for the Mid-State Corridor Project.
People attending met at Jasper Middle School with INDOT representatives to review the project and possible design alternatives.
Officials invited attendees to provide feedback on two design options, the addition of Reduced Conflict Intersections, and different access configurations.
Nicole Minton, INDOT public outreach coordinator, said the designs remain preliminary and that public input, combined with further studies, will help determine the preferred option.
