Barr-Barr Reeve 6-0 at the Northeast Dubois Class A Sectional. The Vikings move on to the semi-finals where they will take on
South Knox. The Spartans Blanked WC 5-0.
At the Washington Class 2-A sectional, Gibson Southern downed Southridge 4-3 while the host Hatchets beat Princeton 2~1.
The girls soccer sectionals kick off tonight. Only one match at the Gibson Southern Class 2-A
Sectional and that will feature 8-8 Southridge against 10-7 Gibson Southern. The winner will face 8-8
Vincennes Lincoln at 7pm on Thursday. The other semi-final has 12-4-1 Washington taking on winless Princeton.
Moving to the Class A Sectional at Sullivan, 2-8-2 Barr Reeve meets 1-12 Bloomfield at five while 4-11 North
Knox takes on 12-0-1 WRV at seven. 11-5 Vincennes Rivet takes on 7-8-1 Sullivan on Thursday.
Finally, at the Forest Park Class A sectional, 0-11 Shoals takes on 1-11 Tell City followed by 10-5 Northeast Dubois
Playing 4-9-1 WC. The Marquee matchup on Thursday night at eight has 11-4 Forest Park taking on 10-4-2 South
Knox.

Be among the four teams. The Alices will take on the host Wildcats while the other semi-final features Sullivan
And Barr-Reeve. The winners will meet on Wednesday.
The Lincoln Girls volleyball team lost to Gibson Southern 3-1. Kiaya Farrar led the Alices with 12 points and 11 kills.
Marlo Thorne added 12 kills. Lincoln won the JV match 2-0.
The Vincennes Rivet volleyball team beat North Knox 3-0. Claudia Herman led the Patriot with 10 kills and 33 digs.
Kendyl Newman added 24 digs. North Knox won the JV Match 2-0,
The South Knox Volleyball team beat North Daviess in a marathon 3-2 with set number 5 going to the Spartans 18-16. Big night for Madison Parish who had 11 points, 15 kills and 25 digs. Ava Steffy had 17 digs and 19 assists. South Knox won the JV match 2-0..::
The Lincoln JV Football team lost to Evansville North 32-0,
And in middle school golf action, Clark middle school retains the Knox county cup.
Rivet was second, followed by North Knox and South Knox. Clark’s Austin Pinkstaff was medalist with a 36.
