Indiana BMV Blackout Plates Available Starting Today

Today is the first day for new “blackout plates” as a minimalist approach to license plates. These plates, approved by state lawmakers, will raise money to improve services.
      
The black plates with white lettering will be available for purchase at BMV locations starting today.
