We won’t be able to publish articles after 4 p.m. CT on Monday, August 4th, but posts and comments resume Tuesday morning once we settle into our new digs.
Hey friends! I wanted to leave quick note for the VEB community to make sure we are all in the loop: our writing platform is switching over Monday evening (August 4th), and we won’t be able to publish articles after 4:00 p.m. CT that day. You’ll still be able to read and comment on existing posts—including Monday’s gamethread—but the gamethread will go up early and we’ll be going quiet until sometime Tuesday morning (August 5th) while the migration wraps up.
That means Tuesday’s usual 8:00 a.m. post may go up a bit later than normal. I am guessing around 10:00am, but it could be sooner, could be later. No big changes on your end—just a brief pause while we get things sorted behind the scenes. Comments are supposed to migrate over, you will still be able to comment while the switch happens, and you might have to log in again using the new process, which I believe will use your e-mail address.
