A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a Vincennes woman.
54-year-old Taunja Blackburn was last seen on Monday at 5:00 PM.
She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
Blackburn is a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 160 pounds, red hair with blue eyes, and unknown clothing description.
