Indiana Commission to Annex Illinois Counties Coming Into Place

      A commission of six Hoosiers and five people from Illinois will examine the possibility of Indiana accepting several counties from Illinois after voters there approved seceding from the state.
      Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker called it a stunt and said “it’s not going to happen.”
      Indiana lawmakers say accepting the Illinois counties will have economic advantages.
