The trial was supposed to begin today, but both parties in the groping case against former Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill have agreed to dismiss the case.
Hill was due to appear in civil court this week as a judge denied any further delays in the case last week.
An Indiana lawmaker and three statehouse staffers accused Hill of groping them and making lewd comments during a party in 2018.
Hill has continued to deny any wrongdoing in the incident.
Though Hill was never criminally charged, he was suspended for a period of time by the Indiana Supreme Court in 2020.
