The Knox County Council is readying itself to use part of a 15 million dollar regional grant for various County needs. The five-county Indiana First area– including Knox and Pike counties– is part of that region.
County Council president Rich Chattin gives the overall priority for the READI funding that will come to Knox County.
The Indiana First group is headed up by Knox County Indiana Economic Development director Chris Pfaff. Chattin praises Pfaff and others for their work on the successful READI application.
Each county will receive its READI allocation for its various projects in the coming days.
