Vincennes Lincoln baseball playe Raden Benson is set to sign a scholarship to play baseball next season at Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute.  Benson’s signing ceremony is set for 3:15 tomorrow in the Alice Arena lobby.
All are welcome to attend the signing ceremony tomorrow afternoon.
The Rivet baseball team scored 12 runs in the fourth inning and
went on to beat Shoals 16-0 in five innings.  Brody Shots tossed a one-
hitter and struck out 13.  Nash Ransom had two hits for the Patriots.
On the local sports scene for today..
The Lincoln Baseball Team will host Evansville Central at six.

South Knox Baseball hits the Road to Pike Central for a 5:30 start.
Lincoln softball team plays at North Daviess at 5:15.
South Knox travels to Shoals at five.
North Knox hosts Bloomfield at five.
Lincoln tennis team plays at Evansville North at 5.
South Knox hosts Pike Central at five.
The Vincennes University baseball team beat the Franklin College JV 14-5.  The win moves the Blazers to 12-30 on the season.
In middle school sports
The Clark Middle School Softball team beat Washington 14-1.  Meela Bates had three hits and drove in three runs for Clark.  CMS won the B game 8-0.  Macee Lutchefeld had a pair of hits for the winners.
The Clark Middle School Boys Track team opened its season winning a three way meet with Washington and North Daviess.  First place finishers for Clark were Izaiah Currie in the 100 and 200 meter dash and the long jump.  Currie also set school records in the 100 and long jump.  Carson McCormick in the Shot put and discus, Gage Williams in the 400 meter dash and Ian Landcaster in the high jump.
Clark finished second to Washington in the girls meet.  First place honors for CMS  went to Kaitlyn Johnson in the 400 meter run and mile run and  Mia Fleetwood in the 200 and high jump.,
The North Knox Junior High finished fourth in a very tight quad meet.  Washington Catholic and Bloomfield tied with 59 points,  Loogootee had 45 and North Knox 40.  Big day for North Knox runner Malcolm Hoffman who finished first in the 100 and 200 meter dash, 300 meter hurdles and high jump
