Wanda Rollins, 63, Washington

With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Wanda J Rollins, a beloved daughter, mother, and grandmother, who departed from this world on March 27, 2024, at the age of 63. Born on July 24, 1960, in Washington, Indiana, to her parents, Dale Sullivan Sr. and Pauline Sullivan, Wanda held a deep love for her family, particularly her grandchildren, cherishing the moments spent with them.
Wanda possessed a passion for horses, finding solace and joy in their presence, as well as a deep compassion for all animals. Known for her spontaneous fun, she would frequent Dinkey’s auction and bring home various creatures, always an adventure for her family as she built quite number of animals that she called hers.
Surviving Wanda are her children, Jack Carpenter Jr. and Brett Alan Carpenter; brothers and sisters, Dale Sullivan Jr., Angie Christie, Deanna Miller, Cara Atchley; grandchildren; Harley, Jaxon, Dillion, Desirae, Katie, Ali, Summer, Joey, and Justin.
In celebration of her life, a public viewing will be held at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home in Washington on April 9, 2024, at 12:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm. Although she has left this earthly realm, the memories of Wanda’s kindness and love will forever be cherished by those who knew her.
