A second juvenile has been arrested in a May 18th report of shots fired at Lester Square in Vincennes. The shots were fired near the intersection of Ninth and Church Streets. No one was injured. One juvenile was arrested shortly after the shooting; now, City Police report a second juvenile has also been taken into custody.
Both juveniles are being held right now at the Southwest Indiana Regional Youth Village in Vincennes. Police thank witnesses of the shooting for their statements as part of their investigation.
